Put in a mixing glass with ice:

6/10 Dry Vermouth
2/10 Cherry Brandy
2/10 Kirsch

Shake well and transfer to cocktails glasses. Add a preserved cherry before serving.

Tipperary

Short drink: Aperitif

Add to a shaker that is 50% filled with ice:

4/10 Dry Vermouth
3/10 Green Chartreuse
3/10 Irish Whiskey

Shake and serve in chilled cocktail glasses.

1/10 Pernod
1/10 Benedictine
1 splash of Angostura

Stir well and serve in chilled cocktail glasses.

This soft and aromatic cocktail tastes best as digestif.

Add to a shaker that is 50% filled with ice:

3/10 Dry Vermouth
2/10 Grand Marnier
2/10 Pernod
3/10 Cream
1 splash of grenadine syrup
1 splash of angostura

Shake well and serve in large champage coupes with a slice of orange.

Marinier Dry

Put in a mixing glass with some ice cubes:

4/10 Dry Vermouth
3/10 Grand Marnier (Cordon Rouge)
2/10 Cherry Brandy
1/10 Amaretto

Stir and serve in cocktail glasses.

Red Sunshine

Long drink: at any time.

Add to a tumbler glass with ice:

7/10 Dry Vermouth
2/10 Vodka
1/10 Cherry Brandy

Stir and top off with tonic.
